Update Vaadin 24 to the newest version

Description

Currently we use 24.1.10 while in Jan 24 24.3.3 has been published

This is to update the dependency as well any alignments we have to make in order to make it work.

Prerequisite to this work: drop all warnings like unused code, usage of deprecated code etc.
